Bristot West operates an independent lead generation service that connects consumers with licensed insurance providers. When you submit information to us, we may share that information with one or more licensed insurance providers in our network, who may contact you directly with quotes, coverage options, or other information.
Bristot West is not an insurance company, insurance agency, insurance carrier, insurance broker, or licensed insurance producer. We do not underwrite, issue, or sell insurance policies. We do not guarantee that any insurance provider will contact you, that you will be offered coverage, or that any quote or offer you receive will be accurate, available, or binding.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the United States to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements and that any information you submit is true, accurate, and belongs to you.
3. Your Obligations
When using the Site or Service, you agree that you will not:

5. No Insurance Advice
Nothing on the Site or provided through the Service constitutes insurance advice, a recommendation, or an offer of insurance. Any quotes, offers, or coverage descriptions are provided solely by third-party licensed insurance providers, and Bristot West is not responsible for their accuracy, availability, or terms. You should independently evaluate any insurance product before purchasing it.
6. Third-Party Providers
The Service facilitates communication between you and licensed insurance providers that are independent third parties. Bristot West does not control those providers, their policies, their pricing, or their communications. Any agreement, policy, or transaction between you and a provider is solely between you and that provider. Bristot West is not a party to, and has no responsibility or liability for, any such agreement, policy, or transaction.
7. Intellectual Property
The Site, including its design, text, graphics, logos, and other content, is owned by Bristot West or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. BRISTOT WEST DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS, OR THAT ANY INSURANCE PROVIDER WILL CONTACT YOU OR OFFER YOU COVERAGE.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BRISTOT WEST AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY RELATING TO THE SITE OR SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100).

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts. Nothing in this Section limits your rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
